Paolo's Wine Room offers viewing of our wine library and overlooks the Guadalupe riverfront and park. This room can accommodate a maximum of 28 people for sit-down dining, or up to 40 for standing functions. It also has a balcony which can be utilized (weather permitting).
The Theatre Room, our larger private dining room, can accommodate up to 85 for sit-down dining, or up to 150 people for standing functions. This room features an expansive view of the plaza and the Guadalupe riverfront.
Our Main Dining Room may also be reserved for any sized group of up to 110 people for sit-down dining, or up to 150 for standing functions. This room also has a beautiful view of the Guadalupe riverfront and plaza.
The entire restaurant may also be booked for private events for groups of up to 220 guests for sit down dining, up to 300 for standing functions, or for indoor-outdoor group events of up to 400 persons (weather permitting).
During the summer months, or when weather permits, we can make special arrangements for outside dining for groups of 10 and up.

Special Events and Catering
Paolo's Special Event Menus are designed to offer our clients the greatest versatility and the utmost in sophisticated and delectable cuisine, allowing you as few or as many courses as you wish. Paolo's special event coordinator will work closely with you to answer your questions and to design a menu that reflects your specific needs and desires.
Paolo's also provides full-service catering for residential, corporate and special off-site events.
Weddings
Paolo's is the perfect location for an intimate wedding reception for groups of 25 to 100. Use arrangements can also be made for outdoor receptions on RiverPark plaza overlooking Guadalupe River which will accomodate groups of up to 250. An outdoor location is available for wedding ceremonies.
